Mrs. Merritt was such an inspirational and faith-filled woman and teacher. She not only taught the required subjects, but she also taught her students on how to live a life according to God's word. She is someone who shaped my life and brought me closer to God. I am terribly sadden by her passing, but I am forever grateful to God that He put her in my life. She was truly a witness of God's love on earth. Even though she may be gone, her memory and spirit lives on in each person and student who knew her.

Doug so much has changed since we graduated from Visitation High School. Although it has been years since I have seen you, I still remember all the wonderful times we had together at Visitation.
